Company founder Francesca San Diego has over fourteen years of experience in business operations in a wide range of organizations, including two start-up ventures, IWN, an Internet sports betting and pari-mutuel wagering company, and Mani Management Group, a global entertainment company. She has also held key positions with Sony and The Wherehouse.

Areas of expertise include strategic planning, finance and accounting, business development, human resources, product development and fulfillment, customer service, technology infrastructure and creative services. Her diverse background has included projects in consumer products, computer software, retail, entertainment, non-profit, publishing, telecommunications and technology industries.

Ms. San Diego holds a BS in Mathematics and Sociology from Vanderbilt University.
